i’ve learned that ever since my bitchy classmates back in highschool would always mock my imperfections. but as i lived life, i realized that concealing imperfections can actually help uplift my self-esteem. on a daily basis, i have to pretend that i am strong and to somewhat make myself believe that i am pretty, smart and yes, close to perfection.  you may call me delusional, a know it all -  i won’t be taking that against you cos it’s partly true anyway. but can you blame me for being so? without all the pretense, i must have had killed my self eons ago. it’s what keeps me going. it’s what keeps me strong. sad but true!
